am an experienced hospitality worker with a strong record of accomplishment in food services and early childhood education. I always focused on smooth and efficient preparation of high-quality foods in a good timeframe. I am a passionate assistant educator dedicated to continuous improvement and keeping operations running smoothly. Highly time efficient and organised, I focus heavily on a routine, needs and manage unique circumstances effectively but i can also work on the go as working in these industries can be dynamic. I possess effective communication and an eager learner. with my interpersonal skills like the ability to work effectively in team environments and follow instructions i can fit into most team compositions and play many roles.

I am also a compassionate Early Childhood Educator Assistant with a background in helping shape young minds. My three and a half years of experience includes developing age-appropriate curriculums and activities, fostering social development, and promoting positive reinforcement. Im a clear communicator, quite patience, creative and able to utilise resources of all types to make sure im engaging with them and keeping them eager to build upon themselves. with this and a strong understanding of child development principles, I have made an impact through the creation of engaging learning environments that support diverse educational needs and will continue to hone these skills and many more skills i pick up
