In this role, I help manage VIP sections at concerts and live events, overseeing setup, ticketing, guest check-in, and crowd control. I work closely with event staff and security to ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for VIP guests. This fast-paced role improved my communication, problem-solving, and people skills, and gave me greater confidence in handling responsibilities and adapting to different situations.

I worked at a café several years ago, where I gained experience in customer service, taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The role helped me transition and learn about workplace settings from a young age.
