I was recruited for this role while applying for a position in family violence. In this role, I provide direct case management to people who have used violence in intimate partner relationships. I provide specialist case management in the MPAS program, providing brokerage for participants who are willing to engage in behavioural change and have exited the family home with an IVO in place.

I co-facilitated the +Shift program every week and have training in facilitating the Caring Dads program.

I worked in dual roles during my tenure at Berry Street. I moved between working with people who use violence in the family violence space. I worked in case management, behaviour change and one-to-one counselling with men and women using violence.

I coordinated a group for women who used violence and provided case management and counselling.

I completed group promotion, intake and assessment, prepare and facilitate group sessions weekly and provide case support to the women completing the group.
