With 24 years of experience as a Teacher’s Aide, I’ve supported students with diverse and complex needs from Kindergarten to Year 12. I’m passionate about inclusive education and dedicated to creating supportive, respectful environments where all students feel safe, valued, and capable. I’ve worked extensively with students with moderate to severe disabilities, and I prioritise student well-being and diverse needs. I’m known for my compassion, adaptability, and strong understanding of individual learning needs. Over the past couple of years, I’ve also undertaken occasional work in school administration for Department of Education, further developing my communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
