Answer all calls that came through on the 1300 number. They would usually be account questions,families wanting to update personal information, requests for invoices to be reprinted, etc.
Monthly billing for over 2000 residents in 6 different facilities. We would print off the invoices, check them for any outstanding amounts. These accounts would have a PAY URGENT sticker put on them and then put through the folding machine.
Reconciliation of accounts using Microsoft Excel (Deceased/discharged as well as Active/Current residents).
Adding new resident details into the system and generating the first monthly invoice.

Print off and mail out the payslips to employees being paid in that fortnights pay cycle. This would have to be completed before the mail was collected to be sent out.
It was my job to contact the facilities, prior to printing, and ask them if there were any attachments or newsletters needed to be sent out with the payslips.
