Chaise Rootsey

My name is Chaise Rootsey.

I am 14 years old and currently attending Eden Marine High School.

I have lived in the local area all my life and I consider myself a friendly person and a valuable member of our local community.

I have played soccer for my local club, The Eden Killer Whales, for a number of years and last year completed my Certificate to become a level 4 referee within the Far South Coast Referee association.

I enjoy refereeing games on a Sunday during the soccer season and after taking on the responsibility of being rostered onto games weekly, I would now like to extend my work opportunities and enter into the workforce.

For this reason I would like to apply for any after school or weekend hours that may become available within your business.

I know that I would be a valuable member of your team as I have a friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
