Summary
On completing my Diploma in 2009 my career was fast tracked when I received “Student Of The Year Award “and was offered employment at “Pure Day Spa ”completing my job placement.
I quickly fell in love with the industry & knew I found my passion.Here I was exposed to the beautiful Spa product “Li’tya”& “Organic Spa” & received experience in all aspects to the spa & beauty industry.
As I progressed, I knew my passion was more in massage & bodywork & I was employed in “Buddha Gardens Day Spa “& was trained in varies traditional Balinese treatments eg Lu lu Scrub ,Boreh wrap Bamboo massage etc It was here I really got to experience working in a big team,back to back & quick turnover.
After 3 years I felt the need to branch out on my own & become a contractor for two spas “Azabu Retreat & Spa “ & “Rae’s on Wategos“.
At the time ,Rae’s was under the management of Hotel & Spa manager Marionne De Candia Celebrity Facialist, who I worked under for 4 years,Marionne showed me the true essence of the ultimate Spa experience & the possibilities that it can entail.
In 2018 Rae’s on Wategos received new management & I took on the role as lead therapist.The Spa manager & I guided the new management into the changes that are put into place today including creating new menu,new spa system,product introduction (Santa Maria Novella)Spa hire & training,Spa protocol & procedure.
