I joined Redkite as a temp and quickly became the go-to person for providing answers and advice with empathy and a sense of humour. My role here is a HR generalist, with a focus on operations as well as recruitment, onboarding and the full employee experience.

  • Managing full recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews and making offers to successful candidates.
  • Initial point of contact providing support and advice to staff and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Key member of Wellness and Diversity & Inclusion committees

Prior Employment

Before joining Greenpeace, I worked in HR and Recruitment Consultant positions for consultancies based in Sydney and the UK. During this time, I honed my ability to recruit both contract and permanent staff members for clients across a range of industries. Previous to this I worked in training sales, publishing production and administration roles at local and national Government departments. More details are available on request.

Other Information

Away from work I can usually be found at one of Sydney's theatres - I particularly love musicals. When not sitting in the dark, I enjoy riding my bike, searching for bargains in op shops and relaxing at home with my family and cats.
