Received one value award for helping other colleagues in issuing fixed capital goods to the user departments in the ERP system which led to 0 fixed capital goods in the Store’s inventory and smooth and timely closing of the yearly accounts.
Reduced old returnable gate passes whose due date has been passed from 1500 to 300 within two months by tracing down the items from the user departments and closing by getting signatures from the respective user departments head.
Timely generation of PRS and weekly submission of invoices and PRS of the goods received in that particular week, to finance and accounts departments, led to the timely release of payments to the suppliers which helped in improving the supplier-hospital relationship.
Responsibly receiving the inventory from the supplier staff person led to a reduction in losses to 0 due to damaged goods received or less quantity received. Issuing the inventory responsibly to each user department helped in reducing the cost of total inventory purchased.
Timely generation of GRN as and when the inventory is received helped in keeping the inventory data up to date and planning for the next purchase orders led to efficiency improvement and cost savings.
