• Ensure ARRCS’s induction process is completed, and all mandatory training is up to date within 2 weeks of commencement
• Records management.
• Ensure employees are on-boarded efficiently and effectively.
• Work collaboratively with P&C Compliance Officer to ensure that renewals of probity requirements, including Police Checks, NDIS Clearances, Driver’s License and Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Registrations are completed well before expiry
• Regularly audit Home Care staff to identify compliance gaps and act, in collaboration with P&C, on rectifying.
• Participate and contribute to WHS practises to ensure a safe work environment.
• Assist with the internal and external audit activity.
