• Computer entries re charters
• Greet International/ Interstate clientele at the airport
• Convey clientele to appropriate Hotels
• Transport Clientele to Fishing Vessels
• Allocate Clientele to their appropriate accommodation and features of the Vessel
• Stock and restock Vessel supplies for relevant Charter
• Purchase any special requests for Clientele
• Complete Housekeeping upon completion of Charters

• Supervision of Employees, assigning and creating shift rosters
• Monitor Team Members performance and ensure duties were performed efficiently
• Managing employee requests and transgression
• Ensuring compliance with Company policies, health and safety standards
• Reporting any issues to Management
• Handling Customer issues as well as Team Members disputes
• Opening and closing of registers, accounting for the shift taking and preparing deposits

Duties included the following but not limited to;

• Assist Motel Manager with daily operations
• Take Motel Bookings, both in person and via Telephone
• Assist with a variety of administrative task, including copying, Emails and Filing
• Assist Clients when necessary
• Supervision of local Staff with their daily duties
• Ensure Staff followed Company policies and procedures
• Manage cleaning duties of Motels rooms and surrounding areas

• Supervising Employees, assigning duties and creating shift rosters
• Monitor Team Members performances and ensure duties were performed
• Managing employee requests and transgression
• Ensure Staff complied with Company Policies, Health and Safety Standards
• Report any issues to Management
• Training new Members
• Handling Customer issues as well as Team Member disputes
• Operating and closing of Registers, accounting of shift takings and preparing deposits

• Welcoming Customers and interacting with them to ensure their visit was a memorable one
• Checking of Customers identification to ensue legal obligations were fulfilled
• Ensure all food safety and regulations were adhered to
• Maintaining a clean working environment by removing rubbish, picking up glasses, cleaning tables, washing glasses, utensils and equipment
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses and serving customers
• Advising customers of new products and specials
• Handling cash, Debit and Credit Card transactions as well as ensuring that charges and changes were correct

• Welcoming customers and interacting with them to ensure their visit was a memorable one
• Checking of Customers identification to ensure legal obligations were fulfilled
• Ensuring all food health and safety regulation were adhered to
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Informing customers of new products and specials
• Handling cash, Debit Card transaction as well as ensuring that chargers and change were correct

• Assisting the Chefs with preparation of food as required
• Washing and cleaning of utensils and dishes
• Cleaning of floors and other kitchen areas

• Ensuring the kitchen and surrounding areas were clean and met health and safety regulations
• Handling, sorting and distributing food items
