- Ensuring all dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils are cleaned.
- Rubbish all emptied and floor swept and mopped at the end of trade.
- Assisting chefs with food prep. (i.e. chopping vegetables, egg mix, smash avocado and portioning food into containers)
