3 years of management experience in handling the branch and in Teaching English Language exams (PTE/NAATI)
Experienced in taking care of existing clients, and their progress, Maintaining records of each and every client
Taking care of the admission processes and maintaining the records through Salesforce CRM Process
Drafting the presentations, and delivering them to the right audience in the meetings
Taking care of all equipments, devices, computers in the designated area
Providing guidance to the existing and new clients
Building healthy relationships with National and International Students Using clear n concise ideas for quick learning
Having good exposure to different nationalities
Handling Telephone Calls
Exposure in writing emails or building the required content
Experience in finding Bottlenecks in the documentation
Expertise in communicating and motivating the clients
Expertise in receiving and directing the Visitors
Extensive familiarity with intention of the client and converting into sale depending on the requirement and going bit out of box if needed Detecting mistakes and tracking and monitoring the performance by following Trackers built for the smoothness of the process
Expertise in using Salesforce CRM
Good in hands-on Ms Word, Ms Excel, Microsoft Teams App/ Zoom, Calendars, Tasks handling, planners
Providing project status reports to the QA Management
Working closely with other team members to make sure everything is running smoothly
Sound experience on holding the attention of the clients
