I am a creative music tutor with a sound engineering background, specializing in recording, editing, and mixing. Throughout my experience, I have recorded my students and finalized their pieces by applying advanced mixing techniques. Additionally, during my coursework in Radio and Podcast production at Macquarie University, I recorded, mixed, and produced some radio programs and interview projects. This hands-on experience has honed my skills in audio production, further complementing my ability to guide and inspire students in the world of music and sound engineering.

VOCAL COACH AND PIANO TUTOR

  • From 2012 till 2022 I was giving private face-to-face piano and vocal lessons to individuals and groups of students of various ages (3-70+ years old) and supporting them in preparing musical projects playing the roles of a tutor, accompanist, arranger, and music director
  • From 2022 I switched to online teaching entirely
  • In my work, I am using a variety of methods and approaches that I found effective and positive in terms of voice development and building my student's self-confidence
  • A great deal of my lessons is dedicated to the fundamental aspects of voice development like breathing techniques, finding freedom, relaxation, and singing
  • We practice vocal exercises like scales, intervals for improving their pitch control, breath confidence and vocal range
  • Such unique singing features as vocal tone, resonance, timbre and overall vocal production are prioritized in my classes as articulation and diction
  • A music repertoire is properly selected in accordance with the age of a student, goals which resonate with their personality
  • I have been supporting my students in participating in recording sessions, where we managed to record a variety of songs in solo, duets, and ensembles
  • My main priorities for piano lessons are to maintain interesting and enjoyable lessons while building basic piano skills
  • I also aim to offer a variety of interesting pieces from different styles
  • I am very flexible when it comes to repertoire for my students
  • With their significant interest, we construct systematic and enjoyable lessons that help them advance their piano skills and build great stamina.
