Summary

I have come to Melbourne to expand on my coffee knowledge. I have experience as a barista and in coffee roasting and it would be my goal to work in the Melbourne coffee scene. I have a strong desire to learn and explore, having even traveled to coffee farms in Tanzania. I am experienced in customer service and enjoy interacting with people. I am adaptable and can fit in to work in many different environments and with many different people. I am a hard worker and always consider the needs of those around me. I also value good communication and will continue to improve my English as I live and work in Australia.

  • High volume, serving 4 - 5 kg daily
  • Experienced using La Marzocco machine, Mazzer and EK-43 grinders, and Hario V60
  • My role also included serving customers on the til, preparing food, washing dishes and opening and closing the shop.
