Performing a critical Senior leadership role within the Network & Assets Division of Transport for NSW, accountable for the high performance of 30 regional locations spread state-wide from Broken Hill to Sydney & from Bega to Ballina. Oversee, plan & maintain approximately 5000+ Assets. These include multidisciplinary teams of Lift Span Bridges, Industrial Equipment & Plant, Vehicular Ferries, Light Vehicles, Trucks, Trailers, Tidal flow systems, Moveable Medians & all special applications purpose-built assets for the department under Transport for NSW.

· Project & product owner Zero Touch Automated Cone Dispensing Truck & vehicle mounted waterborne regional road line marker (In house developed & manufactured asset) & Audio Tactile Line Marking servicing over 1 million km/Yr. across regional NSW.

· Asset Owner to Next generation projects of AR & VR Technology for Regional & Outer Metropolitan

· Custodian of $700M of Public Assets tasked with modernisation project & preserving the history.

· Project Sponsor & Chairperson for over 20 Major capstone projects, including Lift-span Bridges & Vehicular Ferries, Tidal Flow Systems, moveable medians & special application purpose-built assets for TfNSW.

· Chair of fleet asset procurement team (OPEX Budget of 150M & CAPEX of 20M)

· Current FTE-150+ (Multidisciplinary teams from Technicians, Engineers, Project Managers, Fleet Managers & Business Unit Heads)

· Business Unit Leader for Network & Assets Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

· Chair of the Safety, Environment & Production Quality committees

· Strategic product & policy planning in large and complex asset & service delivery environments.

· Monitor assets, logistics & operational performances, develop strategic business development plans and implement training to upskill staff to overcome knowledge & skills gaps.

· Drive governance requirement plans & develop customer & staff retention by leveraging relationships and maintaining frequent contact with staff and clients in a measured and strategically timed manner.

· Lead and manage the strategic planning teams & area managers undertaking strategic plans for optimised asset utilisation, influence resource sharing and pinpoint unreliable sources of errors.

· Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to ensure the most effective utilisation of available field resource capability and the implementation of operational solutions to improve response and recovery of mobile assets.

· Development and management of operational budgets up to $150M, an annual capital budget of $30M and maintenance programs up to $8M and set compliance targets.

During my time as Senior Business Leader in Isuzu, Australia, I was the bridge between the dealerships, Engineering department, distribution network and the factory in Japan. I worked closely with the dealer & distribution network, navigating organisational change and benefits realisation to align with operational priorities and requirements.

· Direct efficient and effective people & project operations, averaging net revenues of $3Min revenue in EBIT.

· Monitors dealer performance, develops strategic business development plans, implements training to upskill dealers to overcome knowledge & skills gaps, and oversees compliance adherence to product standards.

IVECO Australia is the second biggest European distributor of High Horsepower and medium-duty engines and machines. Oversaw workshop operations and implemented improvements by adopting best-practice change management methodologies, maximised productivity efficiencies by streamlining inventory management, ensured accurate forecasting based on resourcing requirements and availability, and optimised inter-departmental collaboration synergies.

· Devised strategies and tactical plans, drove performance to financial and operational targets by reviewing service and product gaps and created targeted measures to enhance operational effectiveness.

· Created collaboration and operational synergies between all business units and led planning activities accordingly to determine efficiencies and maximise economies of scale.

Cummins Inc is the world’s largest producer & distributor of high-speed & high horsepower engines based in Columbus, USA. I was employed as the regional head of service operations.

· I was Accountable for operational projects in mining, earthmoving, automotive and power generation for high-profile clients, including BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto.

· Key account manager for three significant fleets who own 400 Quad Road Trains across heavy applications combined.

· We have partnered with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), including Hitachi, Liebherr, Kenworth, Western Star, Mack and Scania, to maintain and execute high horsepower, heavy- duty and midrange capital sales and development plans.

· Accountable for corporate responsibility and regulatory activities within the Northern Territory region, including SOX compliance and ISO 18001.
