Through this data-driven approach, I optimised the business's inventory management by ensuring a lean Stock on Hand (SOH) of only three months, a significant improvement from the previous six-month level. This initiative not only resulted in cost reduction but also streamlined the ordering process for buy-in products, minimizing warehouse space impact and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
• Process Guide – Process Assistant– Amazon BNE1 (April 2021 – May 2022):
• During my tenure at Amazon FC Brisbane, I spearheaded a transformative journey, elevating a team's productivity from 35% to consistently surpassing all key performance indicators within the pack department I led—an area overseeing up to 40 packers.
