Summary

I am an experienced, professionally mature, and skilled social worker specialising in Community Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs and in redressing the psycho-social impacts and barriers experienced by individuals with Complex Trauma and Co-occurring complexities.

My practice is underpinned by Strength-Based and Recovery orientated practice and Structural theory. I have a keen interest in Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and trauma informed practice however I have foundational knowledge across a range of frameworks and interventions and an eagerness to grow and learn in these areas.

I am passionate about supporting individuals to lead their best lives and am looking for an opportunity to move from Management into direct client/consumer care, support or advocacy.
