• Manage the delivery of Multiple Project & BAU Teams ( Size of 60 + Members) in the Stores Domain.
• Weekly cadence with Head of IT & Product Owners in identifying the roadmap and strategic deliveries.

• Present Monthly Delivery metrics during Governance meetings to the Stakeholders.

• Manage the Design , Implementation & Cut Over Phases of the Next Generation Back Office ( NGBO ) Solution - One Stop solution for all in-store inventory operations and reporting in the Back office.
• Run the Project Working Group for key projects to ensure the risks , issues , dependencies and key asks are actioned based on priorities to keep the delivery on track.
• Ensure team's capacity is effectively planned for the Bi monthly BAU Releases and Projects.
• Track daily activities of the delivery teams and provides direction and guidance as and when needed to ensure timely and accurate customer delivery.
• Track the performance and competencies of team members and determine training needs to up skill the team.

• Actively involved in Design & Development phases of the project.
• Developed Actimize models as per client requirements and created various alerts to help clients to report fraudulent transactions.
• Performed Technical reviews and code reviews of the code developed by the team.
• Worked on the Performance Improvement of various Modules in the Application to meet the SLA.
• Groomed the junior associates in Development and Support activities.
