Accomplishments

During my time at the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, I played a key role in delivering a range of high‑priority projects, including supporting three state government elections and navigating two subsequent transitions of government.


I contributed to the successful facilitation and implementation of key legislative reforms, as well as significant Award and EBA changes, ensuring smooth adoption across the organisation.


I have supported multiple machinery‑of‑government transfers, managing both incoming and outgoing functions and contributing to the successful breakdown, restructuring, and amalgamation of several state government departments.


In addition to the above, I have consistently used my initiative to strengthen and formalise organisational processes, including developing new procedures, drafting comprehensive procedure manuals, and updating processing checklists to ensure full alignment with departmentlwith with departmental policy.
