I've had about 6 years of experience in this industry and honestly thought I wouldn't have enjoyed it as much as I do today - coming from only one kitchen I'm currently looking to expand my kitchen knowledge and hope to work alongside more experienced people in this industry for both my career and passion as a chef.
Having been in a kitchen I've worked under a lot of pressure and know that both speed and making sure a dish is up to standards is a must. I've listed this already but I have also had experience with supervising shifts throughout my time as a chef so I do have some experience in managing a kitchen, as well as managing stock take and pantry goods/ordering.
Im relatively fresh to this industry but very keen to work with as many talented and hard-working chefs as possible and hoping I can be apart of something that can help me achieve that.
