
I am a polite, outgoing person that thrives on challenges and works hard to achieve goals inside and outside of my work environment. Having been in hospitality for several years, I find that not only that I have developed good leadership, organizational and time management skills, I also work well within a team as we all as autonomously and will always strive to set a good example for those around me. I feel I always try to provide exceptional customer service and understand that a customer’s experience is of the utmost importance, whilst still ensuring the needs of the business/company are met. I have been lucky enough to be able to up skill my customer and client communication, by dealing with people from multicultural and diverse backgrounds. I enjoy creating a professional yet fun environment around me whilst being fair and honest. I am good at reading situations and quick thinking in conflict resolution. I am also very comfortable with seeking advice from co-workers and accepting responsibility. I am a quick learner and also very good with multi-tasking. With each role, I appreciate all opportunities to gain further knowledge, and am a fast learner. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and would accept even the opportunity of an entry level role to further my career
