I am excited about the opportunity to step into the Nightfill Manager role. I enjoy the challenge of leading nightfill teams, organising workloads, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked and ready for customers each morning. I take pride in motivating my team, maintaining high store standards, and working efficiently to meet KPIs while supporting a safe and positive work environment. 2019 –
• Began as a team member during the pandemic, assisting with hand sanitising and customer service, before progressing into multiple departments.
• Gained experience in checkouts, produce, fresh convenience, and deli,ticketing,building strong product knowledge and customer care skills.
• David Stones (ADM) at Culburra Beach, developing leadership skills and operational understanding.
• 2022 Transferred to Bomaderry Woolworths, taking on roles in Fresh Convenience ADM and covering other departments as required.
• Advanced to Online ADM and Front-End Supervisor, overseeing staff, resolving customer issues, and ensuring efficient operations.
