As a strategic HR Business Partner for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, I am currently the trusted business partner for the Commercial, Digital, ALM, and Data Centre business leaders (Snr VP, VPs, Snr Directors and Directors population) to align HR strategies with overarching IRM and Global business unit and Regional objectives.

My role involves a deep understanding of the diverse APAC landscape, encompassing its cultural nuances and legal frameworks, which enables me to develop and implement tailored HR solutions across talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and change management.
