• As the regional project management lead on a global Workforce & Payroll transformation project for an Australian based client, was involved in providing technology expertise and coordinating communication between the client and the "Dayforce" technology vendor to facilitate current state assessment, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and change management activities
• Led current state assessment for an Australian based, Transportation and infrastructure client who were focused on implementing a new system to roster their transportation crew
• Spearheaded the current state assessment of operations for an Australian-based client specializing in transportation and infrastructure sector, where the client was undergoing a workforce management transformation to optimise their transportation crew
• Facilitated and steered system design workshops for a government client based in the Transportation undergoing a workforce system transformation
• Led a team of analysts to develop future state “Business process” maps that were a result of a workforce management transformation for a government client based in the transportation sector
• Created an end to end RTA requirement spec for a government client based in the services sector through methodical workshops involving various stakeholders. The requirements document was referenced by the client for upcoming vendor selection activities as well as a baseline for Workforce Management System implementation
