  • Facilitation of Timekeeping Workshops to collect and document requirements for UKG Dimensions Timekeeping configuration for a Health Care client based on Western Australia
  • Assisted Deloitte’s Industrial Relations team in their work to interpret many Awards and Agreements in place at a Health Care client based in Australia and ensured these interpretations are accurately represented within UKG Dimensions timekeeping system configuration

As a Workforce Advisory consultant

  • Developed future state Workforce management and Payroll process maps for a global mining and infrastructure solutions client based in Australia, which were used as standard processes to be adopted by other regions globally
