• Review and Report : Closely observed residents behaviour for their well-being and safety, reporting concerns to the manager or the nurse.
• Teamwork : Keeping open communication to the staff. Teamwork reliability by maintaining feedback loop open, passing on the feedback and taking feedback from other staff members.
