I was the director of qualitative research and client relations in the management research and market research consultancy owned by husband and business partner, Harold Campbell-Pretty.

Together we developed a very specialised and successful business that at one stage employed over 100 people.

I worked in the Foster Care and Adoption section.

I was responsible for screening prospective adoptive parents, and supervising adoption placements.

In addition, I supervised a large caseload of long standing foster care placements.

All of the above involved detailed reporting and case file management
