Coordinating educational and cultural programs within classrooms and recreational activities which cover nine remote communities in the Northern Territory. This role undertakes a vast workload ranging from creating and delivering programs and events to enhance the learning experience within the program framework, to establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with stakeholders, management, schools and community members .
Committing to the responsibilities of being a highly organised and proactive team member, this role incorporates a professional level of efficiency, confidence and communication.
Covering twenty two schools within the West Auckland community whilst holding the responsibility of over one hundred vulnerable young people and families, this role as an attendance coordinator plays many parts in supporting the development process of putting the child at the centre to get the individual/s re-engaged into education.
Working among high-school across NSW catering to young men and women in years 7-12 to improve attendance, school performance, develop career pathways and workready skills whilst strengthening cultural pride and identity. In this role, mentorship is an extensive aspect of the work that is delivered on a daily basis to young people.
Undertaking the related duties determined by the principal or supervisor, this position provides opportunities for students to develop personal, social and independent skills, whilst individually advancing techniques and proficiency.
