  • Working out prices for the job to be manufactured in house and also getting quotes from suppliers for the jobs which can't be manufactured or cannot meet the delivery target.

  • Set up the process for each Job, order the material and tools. Follow up the job until the final process.

  • Parts are checked and made sure it confirms to the drawing supplied by customers, before it is packed and shipped to the customer with the inspection report.

  • Company is ISO9001: 2008 accredited Company and I was responsible for the Quality Assurance of the company. Right from drawing of Calibration Schedule, Calibration of Instruments, addressing Quality problem reports (Q.P.R.) in house and customer returns, educating the shop floor personal on the QPR and analyze the Q.P.R, and raise a CIP if needed.

  • I was trained in house to do internal auditing on some of procedures set up in ISO9001:2008 and I was the responsible person who will be answering the Auditor's each year during surveillance and Triennial audit. If there is any area of concern from the audit, suggestions, non conformance, it is my responsibility to act on it and fix it.
