Each day at the RNA presents a unique experience. One day, my responsibility involves preparations for Listen Out, while the next, my duty shifts to tending the main stage bar, where I facilitate the service of beverages. I am involved in the execution of a wide array of large-scale events.

• Execute bar setup and reset procedures as per instructions.
• Maintain a consistent, five-star standard of service for clients at all times.
• Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and escalate concerns to management when required, adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines.
• Welcome and serve customers with professionalism.
• Perform general service duties related to food and/or beverage service.
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) and Eftpos systems.
• Handle stock loading, bar back duties, and maintain stock control.
• Regularly assess stock levels and replenish as necessary.

• Ensuring the utmost customer satisfaction by attending to all patrons' needs and concerns.
• Taking orders from customers and processing them accurately.
• Managing cashier duties to handle payments and transactions seamlessly.
• Maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness and ambiance consistently, creating an inviting environment.
• Delivering 3 plates of orders to customers efficiently and promptly.
• Clearing and tidying tables after guests depart to ensure a clean and organized dining area and setting up tables meticulously, providing neatly arranged utensils including spoons and forks.

• Prepared the establishment for its daily operations, including thorough cleaning and floor mopping, followed by the meticulous arrangement of tables.
• Extended a warm and professional welcome to patrons upon their arrival.
• Assumed order-taking responsibilities during peak times to ensure smooth operations.
• Swiftly addressed customer inquiries and concerns, escalating significant matters to the management.
• Engaged in proactive table monitoring to anticipate guest requirements and identify prospects for exceptional service.
• Demonstrated adept multitasking abilities within a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
