Worked on RPA life cycle - Feasibility Analysis, involved in Solution design and testing the processes in Integration and Regression, QA, UAT, Go-Live Run support in multiple support phases
Developed and configured automation as per the Solution design document (SDD) to meet the defined requirements
Worked closely with business experts to document and define business cases and best uses for RPA
Participate in proof of concepts for new RPA opportunities
Analyzed business processes and involved in designing a strategy to automate these processes
Automated different industry standard tools - SAP, ORACLE, Mainframes apart from Web applications, Java, and desktop applications
Create reusable processes and/or extensions for the RPA toolsets
Report status, issues, and risks to Tech leads on a regular basis
Developed Processes and Objects by using Blue Prism workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand for further requirements
Getting the Process Definition Document (PDD) from BA and understanding the document
Gathering the detailed requirements from client for Development
Analyzed the requirement and created the Solution Design Document (SDD)
Provided Exception handling at every possible scenario for a robust error-free development
Handled both Positive and Negative scenario’s, tested with appropriate data and provided the test results
Project: Local OON Covid Claims: This process’s main purpose is to update the correct price which claims have out of network price
We automated this process by using Mainframe and Excel applications
We have two types of claims Member & Provider, includes Institutional type as sub-category which can be identified by using BRV Type in input file
We don't need to update price for Member Institutional type claims and need to update for other type of claims

Project: UCD Rate Cards: This process’s main target is to generate Health plan rates for different states of the US
These rates are generated by using Rate Engine macro file, which includes all state plan ids
After generating health plan rates, these are copied in different state card templates
Then these templates are converted into PDF and merged with UW guidelines pdf file and stored in BU shared drive
