With a background in customer service and management in both the hotel and fitness industries, I have demonstrated abilities in conflict resolution, teamwork and people skills - in a positive and enthusiastic manner. I have gained skills and capabilities that I believe could be an asset in a work environment and I am eager to expand my skills/ experience within any industry. I am able to easily adapt to situations and intend to utilise the knowledge I have gained through study, training and previous career paths, to assist me in transitioning to a new role. Through the Mantra Group/ Accor for 5 years, working across various properties, then moving into the health and fitness industry (including my own personal training business), I have been lucky enough to learn and develop my experience in customer service, teamwork and management.
