Selection Criteria
I believe utilising my academic knowledge of accounting to carry out responsibilities including accounting records, reconciliation, and reporting on finances within my role being a member on the ERPsim team. Through this exercise, accounting principles were used practically in a simulated business setting. In addition, my experience being an employee of the Internal Audit department educated me ways to verify TDS reconciliation, examine financial statements, and comprehend the complexity of auditing by building dashboards. These experiences enhanced both my professional and personal talents in accounting.
During ERPsim, I effectively explored SAP courses, applying the software for entering data and financial report preparation. I was able to easily incorporate my accounting expertise into the SAP system due to this practical knowledge.
In ERPsim, I worked with people from a variety of backgrounds as a team member, successfully advancing the goals of the group. My capacity to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and guarantee the integrity and completeness of financial data was improved by this experience. Furthermore, my prior experience working as a salesperson or internship has improved my ability to adapt to a multi-location workplace.
ERPsim forced me to use both critical and creative thinking to find solutions to business issues. I captured the chance to think creatively and unexpectedly, coming up with original answers to challenging problems. My enthusiasm to keep growing and learning within changing settings was boosted by what I learned with ERPsim. In response, my understanding of making cakes as well as my experience with it enable myself to constantly evaluate, analyse and execute in demanding circumstances.
