To whom it may concern, my name is Kunjay, I am 20 years of age and studying a bachelors degree at RMIT University. I am moving back to Sydney in search of opportunities to progress my career in banking and finance. I am looking for an opportunity which has good progression paths and a healthy work-life balance. Over the past 2 years, I have worked in corporate call centres, retail sales, warehousing and inventory and fast food industry, which have exposed me to multiple work environments, and I have proven to be a quick learner and hard worker in all aspects of work. I am very goal-oriented and I am not only wanting not a stable income and a full-time job but also want to build myself as an individual with the business I join.

  • My Current role as business banking associate is to service customer over the phone, with their day to day banking needs. This role requires me to advice accurate bank procedures and maintain bank's compliance and avoid Risks.
  • I work under a Team laead’s management and in a team of other associates. My expectations are to meet my KPIs and I get reviewed weekly and monthly based on my customer service and overall performance.
  • have been in this role for just over 5 months, and I looking to progress further into POR (Point of Reference) role, and further progress my carrier towards management.

  • My responsibilities as banker, were to attend customers and provide a complete solution and fulfill the business needs. The most common enquirers from customers were disputing transactions, amending new business needs and troubleshooting the machines.


  • My role required me to be efficient with my calls, while maintaining high service levels. I was under 6 weeks of on-floor training and have studied customers service modules.


  • As NAB Bankers we had strict guidelines and policies to follow and were evaluated on our customer service on weekly bases. I was expected to maintain my KPIs of 530 AHT and 30 calls a day.
