  • Part of the Senior Leadership team of Etymon Projects.
  • Responsible for all employee lifecycle activities for a multi-faceted hospitality business operating originally 1 hospitality business, to 9 as of June 2024 under the Etymon Projects umbrella.
  • In my time at Etymon the workforce has grown from 50 to 240 and we have obtained a Chef's Hat from Good Food AU for each of our 3 currently operating fine dining restaurants.
