• Successfully managing and delivering 4 kilometres of state/federal highway upgrade as part of a Contract Administration team, inclusive of large volume civil construction, 10 bridge structures, major drainage components, various long-and-short term traffic management arrangements, and both rigid and flexible pavement designs.
• Professionally leading a high-performing team of Inspectors and Site Engineers whilst simultaneously delivering on external stakeholder requirements.

Pacific Motorway M1 Upgrade: Package B - Burleigh to Palm Beach Upgrade (Project Value - $400M)

• Successfully managed and delivered 2 kilometres of state/federal highway upgrade as part of a Contract Administration team, inclusive of large volume civil construction, major drainage components, and both rigid and flexible pavement designs.
• Professionally led a high-performing team of Inspectors and Site Engineers whilst simultaneously delivering on external stakeholder requirements.

Road Asset Mainentance Contract - RAMC North Coast (Design Fee Value - $3M annually)

• Successfully managed and delivered road and pavement maintenance designs as Design Lead for a key client on state and federally-controlled roads, inclusive of both rigid and flexible pavement designs, minor drainage and civil works.
• Professionally led and mentiored a high-performing team of Professional Engineers, Designers, Drafters, and CAD Technicians, whilst simultaneously delivering successfully on all design stages and packages.

QTRIP - Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program (Budget - $770M annually)

• Successfully delivered multiple road maintenance and construction projects simultaneously as an Administrator, Administrator's Representative, and Inspector on state-controlled roads, inclusive of pavements, civil construction, ITS&E components, drainage, landscaping, linemarking, minor structures, and traffic management.
• Professionally managed all phases of projects from inception through to finalisation, including design and pre-tender phases.

Various Major Projects - Logan Enhancement Project, Kingsford Smith Drive Upgrade, Gateway Upgrade North (Project Values - up to $2.2B)
