I'm a highly motivated person with the desire to take on new challenges. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. I'm able to work effectively unsupervised, and I quickly master new skills. I've spent eight years in the automotive industry as a qualified technician, working my way up to workshop supervisor. Before leaving, I filled in for the workshop manager while he was away on six weeks' leave leaving me to look after the whole workshop with 30 technicians.

Also, during my time with Mercedes-Benz, I filled in at the service adviser desk when needed.

The workshop supervisor position entailed supervising and signing off on all aspects of the work for 11 technicians.

For the last 12 years, I have run my own boat management company, KN Yacht Management, as a sole trader.

KN Yacht Management provides full boat management programs for any size vessel, full boat detailing, cut and polish, antifouls, washing and cleaning clothes bedding, mechanical and electrical repairs, driver training, and coastal deliveries by water.

With this job, it has taking me all up the East Coast of Australia the south pacific and the US. During that time, I managed a 33-meter vessel with full time crew of two, one Deckhand and a Chef/Stew for 3 years until we sold it. I skippered it up the east coast and even over to New Caledonia. KN yacht Management also looks after any client's needs outside the marine industry like houses, cars and anything else they need.
