• Instrumental in the design of whole school Pastoral Framework and linkage to school's learning dispositions, over aching MLC School values and Round Square dispositions.
• Independently and collaboratively designed, implemented and monitored year group specific Pastoral Care Programs and activities focusing on whole school applications across middle years.
• Policy creation in relation to ongoing concerns relevant to students and staff
• Initiated and facilitated large scale parent forum to tackle arising issues within a cohort, with use of external experts and advisors, school executive, and key school stakeholders.
• Designed and delivered programs for Big Sister / Little Sister initiative, a cross year group mentoring program.
• Assisted and interviewed a selection and employed external providers to assist in delivering pastoral perspectives and tailoring of these programs to the needs of MLC School student.
• Assisted in selection and employment of guest speakers to address student body in consent, alcohol and drug, support and mental health issues.
• Year 7 Half Term Picnic Day initiative
• Development of internal operating systems to monitor students' academic, social, and emotional progress and recorded in individual files.
• Creation and leadership of a positive Pastoral Staff Department engaged in delivering inspired teaching, support and program delivery through communication and supportive relationships.
• Instrumental in the design and installation of a fully functioning Wellbeing Centre and spaces where students feel nurtured, and can be advised and counselled to help them develop skills and knowledge required to succeed.
• Assisted with and as a Senior Mentor role; instrumental in supporting Year 12 students by mentoring their classroom management, study planning, and activity organisation.
• Adaption and upgrading of whole school database/operating system to enable tracking history and maintain accurate and relevant records.
• Identification, promotion, selection and instigation of student led opportunities to participate in national and international forums.
