As a high school student with a passion for connecting with others, I'm seeking a part-time/ casual position at a boba shop to develop my customer service skills and work in a fast-paced, teamwork environment. I’m excited to gain hands-on experience and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere. Growing up with bubble tea as an important part of Asian culture, I’m eager to share that love for the drink with customers and learn more about its traditions while delivering excellent service.

Being a student representative of our grade means often contributing to school events and meetings, resulting in gaining more skills in different areas. One of my key strengths is real-life problem solving: how to solve a problem in the most effective way while being beneficial for both parties, e.g. Fundraiser events where my team and I assisted with customer service, retail operations, and handling cash and the POS system, I am confident that the skills and experiences I’ve gained in these activities will help me handle the responsibilities and workload in this boba shop efficiently.

Weekdays after school: 

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday — 3:15 PM to closing time (BHHS is very close to Box Hill Central, therefore, I can arrive before the high traffic)
