Duties include:
Job scheduling/Logistics Management for 30 + employees for a seven day/24-hour roster
Customer Service
Supervising of maintaining Vehicle records
Organising Employee Inductions
Approve casual on-hire timesheets for payment
Telephone and email Bookings
Confirming jobs/compiling paperwork for jobs
Ensuring Employees are set with correct equipment and information - Organize daily time sheets/Deputy for operators with relevant paperwork, to be left in their trays each afternoon for next day
Handle customer enquiries
Respond to emails throughout the day and address.
Quoting new jobs when required
Office filing
Enter customer details & scan in any relevant information in maximizer and file/shred paperwork.
