In my previous employment I have demonstrated the ability to maintain high professional standards when providing a service to people in care as I have a genuine passion to assist and help those who are disadvantaged, providing compassion and empathy. The advanced skills and knowledge I have gained relate to patient care of clients who suffer from Dementia and Alzheimer a disability medical condition and communication with families and friends educating them on the needs of the client. When performing duties, I ensure to provide a quality of care so elderly residents can maintain dignity, comfort and independence, keeping in mind my Occupational Health and Safety obligations for both myself and person in care.
