While working at hpa farm for a year, I did tasks that required tractors, manual driving, driving with a trailer attached to the back of the tractor and manual vehicle, and during the farm harvest season, I drove a forklift for 12 hours a day for a month and moved pallets. I have more than 6 months of experience, including work and loading and unloading work. For problems that frequently arise related to work, such as machine defects, learn from your manager and write them down so you don't forget them, and for problems you have personally encountered, unless they are major problems or accidents, discuss them with your team members and communicate with each other about how to proceed. We have handled and carried out work efficiently to minimize disruption to productivity. At the place where I worked, I worked with people who came to work for the first time and explained the work, how to solve problems when they arise and what method to work in, and how to progress the intensity of work as easily and quickly as possible. Demonstrates leadership while explaining things and works with a positive attitude, willingness to take on additional responsibility, interpersonal skills, and excellent time management and problem-solving skills to achieve team goals.
