Volunteer Experience

I have worked in volunteering positions and been a leader for volunteering groups. This has enabled me to be able to work with other people in a team, coordinate tasks and jobs with a diverse selection of people and been able to achieve goals together as a team. This experience has helped me realize the value of people, more importantly the method in which a great leader can use each person’s strengths and weaknesses to the advantage of the whole team.
