  • The Marketing team was small and focused on one key category (chocolate), hence providing significant ownership of the portfolio from all perspectives (particularly Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance)
  • Worked across several brands and portfolios including Lindor, which is the No.1 key franchise/focus within the company
  • Responsibilities included: Driving brand performance, strategy and optimisation to effectively align products with customer and consumer demands, Leadership of the Marketing Planning Process to develop the Marketing Plan Dialogue (MPD)
  • This was essentially a strategic, well-rounded business plan presented to the global CEO and executive team on an annual basis for approval, Collaboration with the Sales Team to develop strong customer/consumer focused plans to be presented to key customers, Development and ownership of creative marketing communications (TV, radio, PR, digital/social media and events), ensuring global company guidelines were upheld
