Operating as a sniper, my main function is to deployed in isolation in command of a cross functional team ahead of the force, to inform, advise and collaborate with headquarters on planning and execution for optimal mission success, often in complex and high stakes situations
Plan and instruct on the four month long sniper continuum to develop and qualify new snipers
