I am 25 years old and have been an exercise physiologist for almost 4-years. I love sport and continue to play club AFL and golf regularly. I am hard-working and extremely passionate about helping others during rehabilitation and in sporting performance. I am eager to continually develop my knowledge physiology, biomechanics and training principles to become the best possible practitioner I can be.

Clinical Exercise Physiologist

  • I am passionate about musculoskeletal rehabilitation and returning people to sport, work, and recreational activities.
  • I have extensive experience in ACL, MTSS, and other lower limb rehabilitation. I have assisted in developing The Movement Standard's ACL testing and rehabilitation protocol. I am currently working on developing my own MTSS testing battery and protocol.
  • I use VALD technology, such as ForceDecks and Dynamo, daily during client assessments.
  • I have established yielding relationships with allied health practitioners, such as physiotherapists, dieticians, and GPs, while also being referred patients from orthopedic surgeons in Brisbane.
  • Other clientele I regularly train include older adult populations, people with chronic pain, cardiovascular disease, and neurological conditions, such as stroke.
  • I have consistently worked with organisations, including NDIS, WorkCover, DVA and Medicare throughout my time at The Movement Standard.

  • I facilitate and coach the high-performance program year-round. Field-based testing includes 2km time trials to establish MAS scores for conditioning programming. Gym-based testing includes mobility, strength, and plyometric assessments. Field based programming includes prescription of high-speed metres, change of direction, agility and injury prevention measures.
  • I provide rehabilitation programs on a case-by-case basis after diagnosis from a physiotherapist, doctor, or imaging. Rehabilitation programs are completed under my supervision in a gym, before graded progression into match-play.
  • I have established partnerships with Allsports Indooroopilly and TH7 Recovery Labs to provide players with access to all rehabilitation and recovery requirements.
