  • For the past 8 months, I’ve been one of the founding coaches at BFT Hobart. During that time I have worked anywhere between the hours of 5am-8pm, 6-7 days per week, and averaging anywhere between 12-35 hours per week on a rolling roster, and on a casual basis.
  • I have really enjoyed my time with BFT, but I am now looking further afield to lock in employment on a more permanent basis, whether that be part-time or full-time. I am keen to share and capitalise on the knowledge and expertise I have gained in this role.
  • During the course of my employment, I have conducted multiple one-hour sessions each day in a group setting, which involved performing a 5-minute introductory talk-time before each session describing the workout in detail and expectations of members around heart-rates, form and their own self-awareness. As part of each session, I also demonstrate the exercises and correct use of the studio equipment.
  • Prior to and during sessions I am loud and enthusiastic, praising good work and correcting form where necessary to avoid potential injuries. I love this kind of work, and look forward to pursuing other opportunities within the fitness industry, but on a more permanent basis with increased job security.

  • I have been employed by ZAP Fitness as a Personal Trainer, and I very much enjoy supporting, empowering and encouraging my clients to achieve their personal best. I am currently looking to expand my knowledge base and become the best personal trainer and mentor I can be. I see this job as an opportunity to further hone my skills so I can help my clients achieve their full potential. I have successfully completed both Certificate III and IV in Fitness with the Hobart Fitness College, and have full First Aid/CPR qualifications.
