• On behalf of the company HoO, supervise the day-to-day running of the flying school in both administrative and operational capacity.
• Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements and the company operations manual.
• Monitor all aspects of the flight training practices and procedures with a large focus on safety.
• Carry out the continuous improvement process per company operations manual.
• Communicate with CEO and HoO to ensure sufficient resources are available.

• Conduct Standardisation and Proficiency checks.
• Provide supervision to staff instructors and monitor the standards of flight instruction.
• Assist in preparation/improvements of flight training programs and facilitate implementation.
• Monitor and audit staff and student training records and flight duty periods.

• Trained individual clients in art of aviation through theoretical and practical flight instruction.
• Led multiple training flights to include weather briefings, flight scheduling and safety measures to provide safe flights in training environment.
• Developed lesson plans and conducted ground training modules covering aircraft systems across normal, abnormal and emergency operations.
• Verified safety of students while using aircrafts by performing regular inspections of aircrafts, checking weather reports and matching level of competence of students to complex training and instructions.
• Used FSM and SM>RT to maintain student training records and student logbooks.
• Identified program successes and failures based on student assessments and course reviews.
