  • During peak season I managed and maintained the warehouse while my manager was on leave, our shuttle truck was under repair. I had to prioritise three stores requests not having enough resources including being understaffed.
  • Running the day-to-day operation of the warehouse by making sure the team were running smoothly by always completing tasks on time, receiving inbound deliveries correctly and quality checking goods for any damages or incorrect goods
  • Making sure Outbound goods were picked corrected while also inspecting for any damages before departure
  • This would require fixing any errors made prior to departure which included repicking and delivering correct products to customers myself instead of the delivery companies
  • I would take the lead with stock investigations to find any problems with the warehouses inventory levels and always maintain a correct SOH while preparing for quarterly stock takes for three departments
  • I effectively communicated through to the three different departments for any stock and supplies requests that would go up to the stores every morning which required myself to drive a shuttle truck and unload and re load if there was any requests to take back to the warehouse
  • I am also a first aid officer on site in case of any medical emergency appear
  • I have gained a Forklift license and a Auto picker license to operate on a daily basis for the warehouse.
