Primarily focusing on Compulsory Third party insurances.

I handled payments and remittances for all CTP (NSW & QLD). As well as assisting with customers with any queries or issues they may have towards their insurance. Although I do have KPI's that I regularly meet, I do also like to go above and beyond to further assist and provide top level repore with customers. For roughly a month was also training new employees on workplace procedure and systems.

Within my worker's compensation role, I assisted providers, specialists and claimants with documentation and information regarding claims, handling sensitive information discreetly, whilst liaising to case management.

I had trained and worked as a fundraiser for the Starlight Children's Foundation. In this position I worked alongside the Starlight Foundation to assist in raising funds and building a positive relationship with the community. After a period of time I had completed my Internship, unfortunately the company had completed its contract with the Starlight Foundation and was no longer taking Full-Time positions.

Strong Customer interactions as well as managing databases, ensuring data accuracy, and generating financial reports. Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, reconciling accounts, and analyzing financial information.
